If we haven’t met yet — I’m Leanne, Founder of Signal Strategies. I help leaders and teams cut through the noise, get clear on what matters, and turn strategy into execution that actually delivers.
I’ve spent my career at the intersection of people, performance, and purpose — leading national teams, transforming revenue organizations, and building businesses from the ground up.
For nearly a decade as Chief Sales Officer at Kijiji Canada (Adevinta/eBay), I led a $100M+ portfolio across Automotive, Real Estate, Jobs, and Advertising. In a fast-changing environment, clarity became the advantage — it built confidence, sharpened focus, and turned strategy into motion.
Earlier in my career, I founded Jack & Lola, a modern retail and e-commerce business I grew from a single idea into a multi-million-dollar, award-winning brand. That experience grounded me in the realities of building — every decision, every customer, every pivot. It also shaped my belief that leadership isn’t about hierarchy — it’s about momentum, trust, and knowing when to let structure support creativity instead of stifling it.
Those experiences — corporate and entrepreneurial — taught me one thing above all:
